• Rail: Carpenders Park station is a short walk from the facility and on the new Overground system.

Opening Hours:

• Monday to Friday 7.00am-10.00pm

• Saturday and Sunday 9.00am-7.00pm.

Accessibility: Easy ground floor and toilet access; Lift to first floor.
